About me.
My personal experience of how powerful nutrition and lifestyle changes can be, inspired me to study a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, and to train as a Health Coach and Nutrigenomics Practitioner.
When I shifted my focus to how food and exercise made me feel, my choices became easier and more intuitive, and I am passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I’m a firm believer in quality over quantity, what’s good for us is good for the planet, and the power of cumulative small changes.
